We’re looking for an enthusiastic Events & Publishing Assistant to support our events and publishing teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across events, publishing, and marketing. You’ll assist in campaign management, event coordination, and digital content creation — helping deliver industry-leading products and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Assist with editing short videos and preparing digital content.
- Help coordinate event materials, signage, and merchandise.
- Provide administrative support to the events and publishing teams.
- Assist with scheduling, proofing, and uploading website and magazine content.
- Maintain project spreadsheets, contact lists, and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Keen interest in events, publishing, or digital media.
- Basic design or video editing knowledge (e.g. Canva or similar).
- Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Team player with good communication skills.
