We’re delighted to announce that Sophie has successfully completed her probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel.
Sophie joined Angel Business Communications and has quickly established herself as a confident and capable member of the team, contributing across editorial, interviews and live event activity within our MSP and IT channel portfolio.
Over the past three months, Sophie has embraced the fast-paced nature of the business and has already taken on responsibilities that normally come with far more experience in the industry. From conducting interviews with key industry figures to writing articles for MSP Channel Insights Magazine, she has rapidly built her understanding of the MSP and IT channel ecosystem.
Sophie has also been actively involved in Angel’s events programme, including chairing a client roundtable in Manchester as part of the MSP Channel Insights series, where she received excellent feedback from clients for her professionalism and ability to lead discussion with industry leaders.
Her proactive attitude and willingness to learn have helped her develop quickly, and she has integrated seamlessly into the team – both in the office and at events.
Looking ahead, Sophie will continue to expand her involvement across the portfolio, including moderating panels, supporting the MSP Awards, contributing to podcasts and helping shape future editorial content across the business.

We asked Sophie to reflect on her first few months at Angel:
Q: What has been the most interesting project or moment during your first three months at Angel?
A: One of the standout experiences has been interviewing industry leaders and writing articles for the MSP magazine. It has been a great opportunity to go deeper into the channel, understand different perspectives and contribute to conversations that matter across the wider industry.
Q: How would you describe the culture at Angel to someone thinking about joining the company?
A: It’s a fantastic culture with supportive, ambitious people. There’s trust to work independently, take ownership and deliver strong results.
Q: What are you most looking forward to working on over the next year at Angel?
A: There are so many exciting things I’m looking forward to over the next year. I’m especially excited about connecting with more people across the industry, moderating awards evenings and roadshows, and launching our own podcast to bring more voices and perspectives into the conversation.
