We’re delighted to announce that Aadil Shah has successfully completed his 3-month probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel.
Aadil joined Angel Business Communications with strong prior experience in the IT Channel, and from day one we expected him to hit the ground running - which he has done.
In his first three months, Aadil has already made a positive impact across the business. He has represented Angel at the Managed Services Summit in Manchester and the MSP Channel Awards, while working hard to develop new business opportunities across our 2026 portfolio. He has integrated well into the existing sales team and is already contributing momentum to the MSP Channel portfolio.
Aadil’s sales drive and tenacity are clear, and his energy is infectious - setting a strong example within the team and creating opportunities to support and mentor others as he continues to grow in the role.

We asked Aadil to reflect on his first few months at Angel:
Q: What’s been your favourite part of working at Angel so far?
A: My favourite part of working at Angel so far has been the people and the culture. From day one, I’ve felt genuinely welcomed and supported, and there’s a real sense of collaboration and shared purpose across the business. It’s been energising to work in an environment where ideas are encouraged and everyone is aligned towards delivering great outcomes.
Q: What’s something new you’ve learned or been surprised by since joining?
A: Even with my background in the Channel, I’ve been surprised by how much scope there is to rethink how MSPs and vendors engage. At Angel, I’ve learned how a more creative, educational approach can help vendors better showcase their solutions across the UK and Europe, while delivering genuine value to MSPs.
Q: If you could sum up your first 3 months in 3 words, what would they be?
A: Collaboration. Creativity. Growth.
