In early 2025, we launched a bold new event series – the MSP Channel Insights Roadshow – built on a simple idea: to create a peer-led forum where senior MSP leaders could come together for meaningful conversations, strategic insight, and real community. Not another vendor expo. Not a sales pitch disguised as a session. But something more focused, more personal – and ultimately, more valuable.
We knew the MSP community didn’t need more noise. What it needed was space to think, time to connect, and peer insight to grow.
So we created something deliberately intimate.
Each roadshow was capped at just 30 senior MSP delegates and 6 carefully selected vendor sponsors. No vendor booths. No endless product pitches. Just boardroom-style discussions, peer-led panels, and fireside conversations that tackled the real issues – from cybersecurity and AI to talent, sales strategy and M&A.
The result? A series that exceeded expectations – and set a new tone for how the channel connects.

With momentum building, we’re excited to announce the 2026 MSP Channel Insights Roadshow – returning with an expanded footprint and evolved agenda.
In 2026, the series will visit:
- Manchester – 27 January
- Birmingham – 12 February
- London – 2 June
- Dublin – 23 June
- Utrecht – 12 November
- Copenhagen – 24 November
Each event will preserve the intimate, peer-first format – with a maximum of 30 MSPs and just six sponsor partners per location – while exploring new themes including leadership, culture, AI adoption, and the human side of growth.
And we’re not stopping there. With demand growing, we’re actively exploring new additions to the 2026 series – including Germany and the UAE – as we continue to support MSP growth in new regions.
