Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Events & Digital Media Executive to support our business. In this role, you will design visually engaging graphics for our magazines, events, and client campaigns, manage social media scheduling, assist with event administration, and on-site support at our UK and European events. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with an interest in events, design, and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing social media graphics for our magazines, events, and client campaigns.
- HTML Email Design: Create visually appealing HTML emails for our magazines, events, and client campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, ensuring consistent and engaging content across our channels.
- Event Support & Filming: Assist in filming interviews at UK-based and occasionally European events, capturing key moments and content to share with our audience.
- Event Administration: Coordinating with event sponsors, ensuring their details are accurately reflected on event websites, and maintaining up-to-date content on these platforms. Providing general administrative support to the events team as needed both in the office and on-site at our events.
- Self-Development: Actively seek new ways to improve processes, contribute to the team's creative output, and work on personal development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and social media scheduling tools.
- Interest or experience in event management and willingness to assist with administrative tasks.
- Comfortable in front of the camera, with a willingness to be involved in interviews or social media content creation (a plus, but not essential).
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and eager to take initiative.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe for events.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
