Angel Business Communications supported the event's organisers, Confluent, by managing the on-site badging and lead retrieval services.
On-Site Event Badging
Angel Business Communications supplied 8 badge printing terminals.
The terminals ran bespoke software which allowed attendees to have a QR code scanned, this prompted the system to instantly print a badge which was then attached to a lanyard and given to the visitor.
There were no issues at all with the printing services and over 1200 badges were printed over the two days.
Lead Retrieval
Angel also provided their bespoke lead retrieval software, allowing sponsors and exhibitors at the event to scan attendee badges and obtain contact information instantly. The app also allowed sponsors to rate their leads from 'Cold' to 'Hot' and leave notes against each record. At the end of each day, the sponsors could download all leads in excel format and pass to their marketing teams for follow-up.
